class to handle a screen jacks controlled via a wago controller.
A screen jack should have a digital output to send the command 2 digital inputs to detect the position of the screen jack.

Modbus_nameDevString name of the modbus TANGO device
Output_channelDevShort Position index of the digital output. From 0 for the first output to nb_output_module - 1.
Ext_limit_channelDevShort Position index of the digital input of the extracted limit switch. From 0 for the first input to nb_input_module - 1. If this property is not set, only the Inserted limit switch will be taken in account
In_limit_channelDevShort Position index of the digital input of the inserted limit switch. From 0 for the first input to nb_input_module - 1. If this property is not set, the state will be calculated using the output bit only.
