cppTango / Tango Source Distribution 9.3.7 release

Dear all,

We're pleased to announce the immediate availability of cppTango/Tango Source Distribution 9.3.7.

It's available from [1] and [2]. In case you encounter issues, please don't hesitate to report them.

Remember this is a release from the LTS branches, compatible with older compilers.
The latest "more modern" release is 10.0.0. If unsure, choose 10.0.0.

The cppTango release notes can be accessed from our updated API documentation [3], which includes different versions of the cppTango documentation.

The cppTango Windows assets are also available [4].
