TangoWebapp v0.4 (MirTrudMay) has been released

Dear Tangoers,

I am pleased to announce a new version of TangoWebapp - v0.4 aka MirTrudMay (Мир Труд Май) due to the 1st of May :)

This new version has been deployed to Amazon cloud

Demo version can be accessed following this link (tango-cs/tango)

This version will be presented at TangoWebapp workshop@DESY on May, 8th, 2018

P.P.S. It would be nice if someone with python knowledge  could provide a help with terminal backend implementation
