How can I limit the number of characters displayed in the JIVE AWT Monitor Panel for a string attribute?

Hello everyone, I would like to save the attributes of a camera as a JSON string in an TANGO attribute. The JSON string is “prety printed”. The monitor panel displays them in one line and automatically adjusts the width of all scalar indicator, which is not practical in this case. It is possible to limit the characters to be displayed? I have tried %.20s as formater, but without success. |
