Amato	hi, this is the same problem as here: https://www.tango-controls.org/community/forum/post/4609/ basically, all the maven packages are no longer available on bintray as bintray went EOL. I do not know what the plan to replace bintray is.

In the mean time, the Jar files we are currently using in operation in our institute (ESRF) (including hdbpp-configurator-3.26) are available here: https://cloud.esrf.fr/s/BXxnYxAbJEZQtQ6 Hoping this helps a bit.
