Usage of "Exported" in Tango

Hello Team, I have a small doubt for column named as "exported" in the device table of Tango database. My understanding is that this field is used to describe whether the Tango device is running or not? Please correct me if I'm wrong. Waiting for the reply. Kind regards, Jyotin "Hakuna Matata!" |

Hi Po You are right. But only in an ideal world. Because, in the reality if a server died accidentally (core dump, kill -9,..), the export field in database will not be updated and will stay true until next export. Regards Pascal |
